Terms of Service.

Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Framedeck, a free Figma plugin that exports Figma frames to PowerPoint (.pptx) files. By installing or using Framedeck, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the plugin.
License to Use
Framedeck is provided free of charge. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the plugin for both personal and commercial projects.
- You may use Framedeck to export your own designs and the designs you are authorized to work with.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or redistribute the plugin as your own product.
- You may not attempt to reverse engineer the plugin for the purpose of creating a competing product, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.
Local Processing
Framedeck is built around a privacy-first, works-locally philosophy. All export processing happens locally within Figma and your browser:
- Your frames are rasterized and assembled into a .pptx file entirely on your own device.
- There is no login and no account required to use the plugin.
- We do not upload, transmit, or store your design data on any server.
You are responsible for the content you export and for ensuring you have the rights to any designs you process with Framedeck.
Intellectual Property
The Framedeck name, logo, and the plugin's source code are the intellectual property of the Framedeck maintainer, except for third-party libraries used under their respective open-source licenses. These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights in the plugin to you.
You retain all rights to the designs and exported files you create. Framedeck claims no ownership over your content.
"As Is", No Warranty
Framedeck is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the plugin will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that exported files will be free of defects.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Framedeck maintainer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or designs, arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the plugin. Because Framedeck is provided free of charge, your sole remedy for any dissatisfaction is to stop using the plugin.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date above. Your continued use of Framedeck after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
